## What It Is

BPC/TB500 Blend is a combination formulation containing both BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) in a single preparation. The rationale for combining these two peptides is based on their complementary mechanisms of action in tissue repair: BPC-157 primarily promotes angiogenesis and modulates the nitric oxide system at injury sites, while TB-500 facilitates actin polymerization and cell migration through its interaction with G-actin. Proponents of the combination argue that BPC-157's vascular and growth-factor effects synergize with TB-500's cellular migration and anti-inflammatory properties to produce enhanced recovery outcomes compared to either peptide alone. However, no published study has directly evaluated the BPC-157/TB-500 combination in a controlled trial — the synergy hypothesis is extrapolated from the individual peptide literature rather than validated in head-to-head or combination studies. Both BPC-157 and TB-500 are scheduled for FDA PCAC review on July 23–24, 2026, for potential inclusion on the 503A Bulks List for compounding. The combination product is available through compounding pharmacies and research suppliers, but is not FDA-approved for any indication. Users should note that combining two investigational compounds introduces unknown interaction variables not addressed in the existing preclinical literature for either peptide individually.
